Years ago it was unthinkable that sedentariness will become a threat so big. Urban people turned slowly into robots, and controles their  life by pressing a button.

Technology has evolved and were forced to keep pace. The number of cars has multiplied, mobile phones and the Internet have drastically reduced the road to the post office and the TV remote and televisions PayPerView eliminated even the temptation to go to the cinema.

Everybody tries to find ways to get rid of stressful life and throbbing rhythm of the day, so we chose what was easier  . In this way we become some people stucked in a technical world.

Our health has suffered and along with it goes the physical shape we where so proud . Women, always careful on their image , find more difficult this fight.

Specialists in the field and researchers say that in this crowded environment, a desire to move is much lower than 10 years now. Must be aware that exercise, even if they are occasionally practiced , reduce the risk of cardiovascular diseases.

What is the most perverted feature of sedentariness  is that it is installed imperceptibly, transforming the individual into a static piece. Slow down, our body will feel the need to move, to be  outdoors and  to see the  sun.

Even if every day  appear more and more spaces for fitness and gym, they can not totally replace the existing atmosphere after one, two decades. The recycled air has not the same beneficial effects on the body such as clean air outside the urban environment.

As you probably noticed, more and more people choose to spend their leisure time in parks, outdoors. The gym halls have been abandoned in favor of outdoor activities such as jogging , cycling or even climbing.

This continuous lack of movement causes excessive fat , apathy , states of anxiety , heart diseases and possibly difficult recoverable depressions . This is why the World Health Organization said sedentariness is the number one enemy of humanity.

Sedentariness overcoming requires the acceptance of  joy that we move outdoors and to take advantage as much as possible from the nature.
